08dec5:00 pm6:00 pmArea 10: Taking Action on Racial Equity and Justice

Event Details

Classrooms around the world are subsets of the broader communities they serve. One of the best ways to make an immediate impact on those communities is to expand the perspective of their students. And listening to different perspectives helps us pause and reflect on our own views.
That’s why in July 2020, Apple launched the Taking Action on Racial Equity and Justice Learning Challenge Series, which is a part of Apple’s Racial Equity and Justice Initiative, a long-term effort to help ensure more positive outcomes for communities of color. The learning challenge series is designed to help leaders, educators and parents create a dialogue about race and injustice in a way that’s empowering and accessible for students.
Join Apple Education as they host a virtual session to help you begin the journey of making lasting change.
Presenter: Dr. Mason Mason, Apple Education, K-12 Leadership and Learning Executive
