Ed Tech Day at the Capitol

This is a great opportunity to have your voice heard at the Texas Capitol. You will receive a briefing on the issues that pertain to educational technology in addition to learning tips and tricks for effectively communicating with legislators and their staff members. TCEA will set up meetings with the offices of your senator and representative. After your briefing in the morning, you will be completely prepared to advocate like a pro!

Your lunch is included in the cost of the event.

TCEA has arranged for special pricing at the Holiday Inn Austin Midtown for March 4th. The room rate is $159 includes a complimentary breakfast and a shuttle to and from the Capitol. If you won’t be taking the shuttle from the Holiday Inn Austin Midtown, meet us at the Texas Capitol in the Legislative Conference Center. Further details will be emailed closer to the date of the event.

TCEA members pay $20 and non members pay $69 which includes a complimentary year of membership. TCEA/Tec-Sig members pay only $10.

*Anyone registered who does not attend (no show) will be billed for the full registration fee.
