Austin, Texas: Last night during a grand reception at the 2019 Convention & Exposition in San Antonio, TX, TCEA announced the winners of the 2018-2019 Educator Awards and Scholarships. These innovative educators were chosen based on their incredible accomplishments related to advancing teaching and learning through technology. They exemplify embracing learning without limits.
