Computer Science Contest

New this year, TCEA and the TA/CS SIG are proud to announce the TCEA Computer Science Contest.

In 2019, we hosted a state-level contest open to all to computer science students across the state. Early in 2020, we will host five local Super Area contests, where teams will compete for a chance to advance to the State contest later in the spring of 2020.

The TCEA Computer Science Contest is a competition for secondary students. Teams of three, representing their school, work to solve the real-world programming problems. By using critical thinking, collaboration, and problem solving, along with other 21st century skills, teams challenge each other to take it to the next level. This competition is for advanced and novice teams alike.
