CyberSmart Educator
This course helps K–12 educators build practical cybersecurity skills for protecting student information, accounts, devices, and school systems. Learn how to recognize phishing and social-engineering attempts, protect sensitive data, strengthen accounts and devices, and respond appropriately when cybersecurity issues arise. No technical background is required. Earn 12 CPE hours while gaining practical strategies you can use in your classroom, campus, or district. Participants who complete all five modules receive a TCEA Certificate of Completion and CyberSmart Educator digital badge.

Self-Paced Online Course

CyberSmart Schools: Practical Cybersecurity for Educators is a self-paced online course. Participants can begin anytime and move through the program at their own pace.

Upon enrollment, you will receive an invitation from TCEA’s learning management system with access to the course. The five modules are completed in sequential order.
