TCEA Accelerators

The purpose of this accelerator is to expand your comfort zone and broaden your knowledge of AI tools and frameworks available for education. By the end of this program, you will be confident in your own ability to implement AI responsibly in your classroom, evaluate tools using the SHINE framework, and lead AI initiatives that enhance student learning. This accelerator can also be adapted for use with district leadership teams and higher education faculty.

Leading AI transformation in education has never been more accessible with TCEA’s AI-Amplified Educator accelerator program. This accelerator guides you through the Five Stages of AI Adoption framework in eight self-paced modules. You’ll gain six months of BoodleBox Unlimited access to master prompt engineering with RTCF, build custom AI assistants, implement SHINE evaluation methods, and create secure student workflows while ensuring FERPA compliance.

Designed by TCEA’s education and AI experts, this program positions you as an AI innovation leader ready to support colleagues and scale initiatives across your campus. Complete hands-on labs, use evaluation frameworks, and build your own Campus AI Resource bot as your capstone project.

TCEA estimates that it will take you 16-20 hours of coursework and an additional two hours for the capstone project, totaling 22 CPE credits.
