Housing
TCEA has secured a limited number of rooms at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center at a reduced rate for SysAdmin attendees and sponsors. View hotel information and make a reservation.

Move-in
You can start setting up your exhibit table on Wednesday, November 4, from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. You will have limited time on Thursday, November 5, to set up. Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, but attendees may arrive earlier. Staff will be available to show you to your table. Your table will also have your company name attached to the top.
Exhibit Table
The exhibit space includes a six-foot table, two chairs, and electrical access. Complimentary wireless is available throughout the venue. Please note that all spaces are set for a tabletop display only. Full 10×10 exhibit space and booth structures will not fit. You will have roughly 4-5 feet of space between you and your neighbor, and about 3-4 feet behind your table.
Move-out
Exhibitors may begin breaking down their exhibits at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 6. Outbound shipping instructions will be available soon.
Staff Badges
You receive one badge with your exhibit table and, if you have a session, one for your session presenter. Please provide the names and email addresses of all your attendees, including any additional badges purchased, by October 21 to sunberhagen@tcea.org. If you need to order additional badges, they are $124 each. Badges give you access to sessions and meals/breaks.
Event Schedule
The conference schedule can be found here. The exhibits will be open on Thursday, November 5, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:50 p.m., and on Friday, November 6, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The busiest times for exhibitors will be during the breakfast on both days, the dedicated time on Thursday, and lunch on Thursday.
Conference App
Invitations to log into the conference app will be sent to all attendees on your company’s badge list a few days prior to the show. The app will feature lead retrieval capabilities, including a notes section and the ability to download your leads.
